Welcome to the Grant$ Website Monroe County School District has a procedure outlined in the MCSD Grant Procedures link located to the right that everyone in the district must follow before submittal of an application or proposal to any funding agency. Discuss with your principal or director your ideas for a proposal before filling out any application or writing a proposal. Then, contact the grant specialist who will determine what process will need to be followed. You will need to either send a copy of the RFP along with the written proposal to be reviewed before proposal submission or send a completed copy within 5 days of submittal to the funding agency. If the proposal needs to be reviewed prior to submittal, it will be to determine if the proposal can be supported by the district infrastructure. It is not to determine if it is a fundable proposal.
